Visited the lounge as a guest followed my colleague who stayed in the hotel, the service staffs services are outstanding! Special thanks to Cheary who was very attentive and friendly! I would definitely recommend all my friends to consider this nice hotel!

Nice rooms with plenty of space and pleasing to have a decent desk for working at. However, it would be more useful to have an international plug socket available near the desk (one was provided by the bed). The bed is large and quite firm. Air con will only go down to 21 degrees, and in fact has a narrow range of temperatures. My main issue was that on check-in, the hotel placed a hold on the full amount for my stay on my credit card, instead of a small amount. The hotel had been pre-paid. They wouldn't rectify this until after I had checked out. It was a substantial amount. This kind of error is inexcusable. The foyer is often very busy, and one has to fight through crowds at times. Overall, the foyer is badly laid out. Easy access into Raffles Place mall and to the MRT stations.

Lovely hotel. Choice of 3 restaurants for breakfast....Happy Hour...fabulous lobby check-in and beautiful tea shop. Great bathroom with filtered water and refillable drink bottles. Fantastic view from Rm 7055...very quiet. MRT adjacent and Raffles Hotel 1min walk around the corner. Perfect location for walking the river and Quay areas. 5mins to Suntec Convention Centre.

We stayed for 7 nights and had the most wonderful stay. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful particularly in the Clove restaurant where we were looked after superbly for breakfast each morning with excellent professional care and attention from Jeremiaz and Ariel in particular. Our room cleaning was equally outstanding. Staff in the front lobby were very supportive and doormen were kind and efficient in supporting our needs when getting taxis. We highly recommended the Swissotel and we would definitely stay here again should we return to Singapore. Many thanks for everything and for making our stay a most memorable one.

It was a 4 days / nights that I will remember. The facilities of the hotel and the provided services were excellent. All personnel was helpful and the house keeping was with out doubt the best. The location of the hotel is excellent as the publish means of transportation are located 20 meters away.
